You can’t do it all. Choose wisely. That’s strategy.

The more resources we use on one thing, the less we have available for something else. It could be time, money, attention, or something else. So it’s crucial how we focus these resources.

An easy way to free up capacity is to stop doing something which really doesn’t matter.
