Reboot recently shared some guided journaling prompts – if you’re facing a career transition.
This one above jumped out at me, as we often get hung up worrying about the possibility of things falling apart when we make a big change.
That always appears more real and dramatic, as it’s easy to visualise the imploding disaster as we navigate a place of vulnerability during a career change.
So we opt for the safety of keeping things the same.
- But what if the real worry is hidden in things staying the same?
- What are the risks of maintaining the status quo?
- Where is that heading in the next 5-10 years?
- Do they excite you or scare you more?
