More fears and self-doubt

So, you have decided to make the change, great! But then comes a surge of new fears and self-doubt.

I am sure you have felt these at times:

  • “What will everyone think?”
  • “Who am I to be prioritising myself and making this change?”
  • “Am I qualified for this?”
  • “There are people much better at this than me.”

Fears are normal. But much of the time, they aren’t helpful.

Focus on what you have, not what you don’t have or what others may think.

Take action.

Reflection

I can see my potential. It doesn’t matter what others think.
