Remaking the sabbath

When was the last time you took a day off?  As in really took a day off.

I mean a day of totally switching off. No screens, no email and no social media. No shopping, no chores, no productivity, and absolutely no commitments. 

Just trying to relax and then playing with your creativity and curiosity. 

It sounds hard, doesn’t it?

Not so easy in today’s world, where we are hyper-connected and buried in never-ending to-do lists.

What if we tuned out for a day? Would our world crumble down? Would we cease to exist?

Or could it possibly open up our world in new, unexpected and wonderful ways?
