Here’s an insight, a question, and a quote I reflected on over the last week.
💡 Catch yourself
Do you sometimes notice you say something you disagree with? Or maybe you said something to annoy someone deliberately, and it doesn’t sit right.
Catch yourself and rectify it immediately with a correction, apology, or whatever is required. It may seem small, but the costs can accumulate over time.
❔ When facing overwhelm
It’s hard not to feel overwhelmed in today’s world. We face a torrent of digital information, and we feel a drained sense of decision fatigue. But we don’t have to be stuck.
What’s one small action you could take right now that would have the most significant impact?
💬 A Quote to Ponder
“What we do accumulates; the future is the result of what we do right now.”
Pema Chodron
Cheers!
