Four hours might be hard to find in today’s world, but there is certainly something special to be found by taking regular long walks and connecting with nature.

Many of us have forgotten what it is like to truly disconnect, switch off our busy mind, and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings, which often go unnoticed.

It’s not just about the physical benefits. Don’t underestimate the power of a long walk to calm the mind, ponder deep thoughts, and find clarity on our purpose.
