Break the goal down

If you can’t bring yourself to take action on your goal, then maybe break it down into smaller chunks.

We can feel stuck when a goal is too big and daunting. Maybe it’s complicated and overwhelming. So even though it is a really important goal to us, we kind of avoid it.

Recognise this avoidance. What goals are you hiding from?

How can you break them down so that they are more manageable?
